Exeter based Design Credo have just launched the new website for long-standing client Yorkshire based Techserv Cutting Systems Ltd.
This website is a consolidation of two previous sites which of course entailed behind the scenes work such as 301 re-directs to ensure that existing traffic is not lost; initial stats show that viewing figures are very strong.
Integral to the site development has been the interviewing of both clients and members of the company. Thanks to both Karin Joehr and Karen Brookes-Ferrari for ‘coming up with the goods’.
Andrew Butler of Design Credo says;
Essential to any project such as this is to listen to the client, and if possible the client’s clients. This way one gets to the heart of what makes a company tick and what makes it successful.
The website brief is part of a much larger ongoing project including;
- Thorough brand analysis
- Signage and visitor centre appraisal
- Photography
- Print and PDF items
- Stationery and supporting items
- Video
As a part of this new website Design Credo have encouraged to forces on the customer-experience of the product; this is already reaping rewards. Case study fact sheets to be delivered either as print or as online PDFs have received strong positive feedback with potential customers educated about the scale of Techserv’s work.
